Website Design (17 pages)
  www.providaservices.com.au

Provida Services (NDIS support services) required a website that reflected their logo colours and larger text for AA standard accessibility, according to the World Wide Web Consortium W3C. I collaborated with them to produce a 'clean and easily readable' layout design.

The process included:
– initial industry research
– copywriting all content
– sourced and purchased Adobe Stock image licences
– embedded YouTube videos
– connectivity to various outside websites, multiple phone numbers, links and buttons
– facilitated initial setup of social media pages, and later launched a social media campaign
– Photoshopped all images
– created 3 acknowledgement flags for the footer

created 3 original icons to match the others on homepage
My initial setup gave them the ability to upgrade their site with information changes, and imagery as they required it, moving forward.
After Provida Services received their official Registered NDIS Provider certification, more changes were made throughout the website, updating imagery and information.

This set icons was sourced from Adobe Stock. I digitally illustrated 4 more original icons to mimic the existing style of the set (Community Participation, Life Skills Support, Positive Behaviour Support and Personal well-being).

Anderssen Creative began a year long social media campaign of created scheduled posts for Provida Services, from 17th March 2025 – 2026
After setting up and populating the Provider Services website in 2023, Provida services also required a professional strategy to engage with their existing (and potential) clients, industry partners, and new followers on social media platforms.
Their content needed to reflected their logo colours, branding and incorporate larger text for AA standard accessibility, according to the World Wide Web Consortium W3C. It's important to note, that all content information and branding decisions were based on professional knowledge from both the disability and design industries, and was designed to create a conversation with Provida Services' intended audience.
The process:
– Research the disability sector, already on social media
– Determine appropriate social media platforms to reach target audience
– Consider visual style and determine a voice, while incorporating specific design elements
– Source appropriate stock images, and create original imagery
– Create content that is conversational and informative
– Write copy to accompany posts, including emojis, hashtags and a link to their website
– Organise a planned schedule for content to be uploaded to social media platforms
– Have content proofread by disability professionals to ensue copy details are correct.
